The Call of the 21st: On the 21st of every month, 10% of the day’s gross sales revenue and 100% of the net profits of sales from a dedicated solidarity piece are donated to our partner organizations all around the world.

Confusing sizing
Clothing looks great. Ordered a jacket, sizing was listed as a Large, sizing chart for jacket dimensions is shown in numbers so had to guess and I’m hoping for the best.
Mailing address
Adding a Canadian mailing address is challenging, you enter all aspects of the address and often some details disappear when clicking the use this address. This is extremely frustrating. My last package arrived however there was only a street address and province with postal code. The city I had entered wasn’t on the package.
Excellence all around
Beautiful app, works smoothly. Sézane pays attention to all the details.
Gift bag message comes up and then disappears.
It is not clear if the gift bag is in my package or not. A website message flashed on the screen it’s the last day to get a free bag and nothing else after. I’m not if i will or not get the bag. So annoying every time. Makes me give up placing an order or cancelling

Je suis canadienne française et je déteste que l’app ne soit pas entièrement en français et qu’aucune option ne soit possible en ce sens. Assez de l’anglais!

Bonjour, J’apprécie vraiment que je puisse avoir les prix en CAD lorsque je mentionne que je suis au Canada mais automatiquement la langue de communication devient l’anglais .
