垃圾app

開戶影唔到HKID架，乜撚野叫人唔好移動，拎到手都斷都認證唔到張身份證，淨係識叫人落分行，咁呢個濕尻app可以摺埋啦

ID scan is completely rubbish

The account opening doesn’t work at all. Got fully stuck with the ID scanning. Despite spending 15mins with diff angle, lightning,background.waste of time.

Full of inconvenience

Annoying mail msg every time in login. Cannot view statement through app, but button exist. Cannot do ecg transfer but provide option to select, and then give me error msg to transfer in desktop version. What is the purpose to use the app?

成日都login唔倒，垃圾App!

Unable to setup new account through apps

In first step, it costs me around 15 minutes to take a id card photo. But it still not work. I recommend SCB to shut down this app and service due to its poor technology.
