Muss sehr viel Sachen im App ändern lassen

اسوأ برنااامج على الاطلاق

اشتركت بهذا البرنامج الاحتيالي لانني اشتركت ولم يكن يعمل ابداً ولا اي مسلسل واحد مع الاسف احتيال من خلال برنامج خدمة سيئة لا انصح احد بالاشتراك به الا اذا كنت لا تهتم بأموالك ان تعطيها للمحتالين

خدمة سيئة.. الدعم الفني لا يستجيب.. تم نصب مبلغ مضاف

للأسف الخدمة سيئة جدا.. تم خصم قيمة مضافة دون علمي وتواصلت مع الدعم الفني رفض استرداد المبلغ. بسبب التاخير في الإبلاغ مع العلم تم الإبلاغ عن المشكلة فورا عند سحب المبلغ.

Sehr schlecht

Die App ist wirklich schlecht gemacht. Auf dem Fernseher ist es noch schlimmer. Ich wollte mein Paket upgraden, die App zeigt mir nichts an und schickt mich dann auf die Seite für die Rechnung. Es ist wirklich traurig, dass ein Unternehmen wie die MBC-Gruppe keine Plattform zum Laufen bringen kann. Sehr enttäuscht

للاسف ان وجهة المستخدم بطيئة جدا وغير واضحة. هناك صعوبة بالوصول الى نتائج البحث. نوعية الصوت عند استخدام ساوند بار سيئة جدا. المحتوى قد يكون مقبول نوعا ما ولكن هناك الكثير من المسلسلات والافلام التي نتمنا رؤيتها وهي غير موجودة مثل الفصول الاربعة، احلام كبيرة، بقعة ضوء، العراب وغيرها الكثير. بشكل عام سعر الاشتراك يعتبر الاغلى بين المنصات الاخرى مثل نيتفليكس او ديزني او ابل. اتمنى ان يكون هناك تحديث قادم للبرنامج والمزيد من المسلسلات السورية ذلت النوعية الجيدة
