Bad service
Hi, I made a subscription last year, i didnt use it for whole year and am ok with that, this week they renewal my subscrption automatically without my knowledge, i opened a support case for refund as am not using shahid, and dont want to renew my subscption, plus the automatic payment is not shown in the profile, The support denied to refund stating that am enjoying the service, first of all, i still dont get it , how am supposed to enjoy something that am not doing, am not using the sevice, and they just made the payment this week, raised the ticket once i got the notification on my bank account, The support did not consider nothing, Here my claim is why the proceed to automatic renewal and as per the policy if you dont agree you refund you if the payment was just made, guess here thats only marketing thing nothing to do with the reality of how their suppot is. Secondly, the content is really poor, there is no update, for one year the same base of western movies are still the same,
Bad application
The worst application I ever seen , I subscribe for phone subscription but they interrupt me while watching to upgrade my account , and even some shows don’t work until I upgrade but why? And I payed my phone subscription, I advise you to not download it
I can’t access shahid
Although I paid I can’t watch shahid please help us with details how to make it work again
The app is not opening!!
I updated the last time and the App is not working anymore, when I open it, it open a black screen then gets out of it!! What can I do? Btw I had iPad mini Air 2 😡😤

انا لدي اشتراك منذ سنة تقريبا ، ليس لدي اي مشكل وليس هناك اي انقطاع كما يقول البعض ،اذا اشتركت ودفعت ولم يشتغل التطبيق ما عليكم سوى الخروج منه والدخول مرة اخرى،الموجو اعادة mbc2 and Maxمرة اخرى،شكرا شاهد .👍
