2 year update My wife got me a Shakti mat for my birthday recently (a couple years ago now). It was love at first use. Now, having used it near daily for nearly 1 year (2 years) !!)(!), I am a full believer. I have never achieved better clarity, focus, and full-body relaxation in my life. I am truly amazed and grateful.
