These permissions only apply when the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App is open.
Some features include the ability to make purchases and require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection.

Before downloading this App, please be aware that some App features may require location data, including name, country / region of residence, date of birth, mobile number and government ID number (such as ID card number or passport number). You will receive one text message to your mobile number containing a PIN that you must provide in order to confirm your registration. Some features include the ability to make purchases and require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. In addition, this App will access your device’s external storage in order to store debug logs and your device’s accounts to store and retrieve a public token in a secure fashion that is needed to access server content. This App uses your video in call-to-record function and supports facial recognition for user identification purposes.

Terrible

The app is badly made. Wasted my day as it will let you pick any country but when you go to validation you need to put your phone number witch was not on the country code list.

Wonderful, Simple App to Use

The app is very useful to carefully plan your visit to Shanghai Disneyland. I particularly love the fact that they updated the app with the Fastpass availability. It would be nicer if the app also includes the waiting time for the Single Riders line.

Doesn't work

Downloads fine but no live info as noted by other users. No wait times, no show times, no info on ride closures. May as well just use the paper map. I can see my bookings but beyond that it's pointless.

Can't log in

This app doesn't seem to work. I can't log in to my account or use any of the features as a guest. Disappointing.

Very disappointing

Didn't show waiting times for me or my friends. The Chinese version was working for people around us so I'm assuming there are technical differences in the English version. For us, this was just a slow way of viewing the map of the park
