Glitchy and frequently disconnects
The idea of having everything is in all is great but this app is terrible. Frequently logged us out during our visit to Shanghai Disneyland and then buttons wouldn’t work to log in again (on both iPhone and Samsung). Staff didn’t know how to fix it, at one point t we had spend nearly an hour with three different staff members, none of who had been trained in trouble shooting. Be wary if you buy Premier Access through the app as you might find, as we did, that we couldn’t access the pass and were told there’s nothing to be done. I’d happily pay more for paper tickets, at least then you know they will work unlike this messy, broken app.
