Sharaf DG

I recently got a refrigerator and after only 3 days it stopped working I called for a fix ( 3 days after purchase) the customer care after hours of trying to speak with someone told me that its not even into 15 days so we will call you back. The next day i reached no one gave me a clear answer. Weekend came and later on i called them another time, They told me sorry you have to bring the refrigerator to the closest stop and usually check up takes 10 to 15 days. Only 3 days after purschase i had to wait 15 days for them to chevk whats wrong without even refunding me or giving me a replacement. Really extremely disturbing behavior

I had a very unpleasant experience with Sharaf DG’s online portal. They advertised an attractive discount, which prompted me to place an order. However, shortly after making the purchase, they canceled the order without providing any clear justification. It seems like these promotions are solely for advertising purposes, as they fail to honor them when a customer genuinely makes a purchase. To make matters worse, the money I paid was held up, adding unnecessary inconvenience. When I tried reaching out to their customer support for assistance, I found their service to be utterly useless. They didn’t offer any solutions or show any concern for the customer’s plight. It’s clear that Sharaf DG does not value its customers. I would strongly advise against trusting their promotions or relying on their customer support. Such practices damage customer trust and reflect poorly on their brand.

I order online, they send me wrong product, very misleading and confusing product description on their website, the worst part is they refused to take back the product at ist while it was not even open

Old models with defects in use and very poor service. Delay in response and you cannot return. I really regret dealing with Sharaf DG.
