Even though i initiated share transfer to my Interactive brokers account 1 month ago, its just stuck there without any progress. i have been trying to transfer them since 3 months with 2 failed attempts and hardly anyone bother to even contact me or resolve it. Now i cannot sell nor transfer until i call them and give up on the transfer

Wie kann ich meine Emaildresse und Telefonnummer ändern, es sind noch die geschäftlichen Daten hinterlegt. Bekomme keinen Zugriff beziehungsweise ich kann mir keine SMS zusenden, da es die Nummer und die Email nicht mehr gibt.

I don’t use this app often and when I want to open it, it shows that I have to open web version first. What is the point of this app then?

Die App ist immer noch im MVP Status und wird nicht weiterentwickelt. Dashboard und Portfolio könnte man zusammenlegen. Was soll die Trennung? Von beiden Tabs aus kann man keine Shares verkaufen. Dafür muss man extra zu Transactions wechseln. Bis Aktien freigeschaltet, verkauft werden können und das Geld auf dem Konto landet vergehen gefühlt zwei Wochen.

funktioniert nicht! Ebenso die webversion….alles sehr umständlich

Seit einigen Tagen funktioniert Face ID nicht mehr. Das macht das Öffnen umständlicher.

Needs to be redesigned as it does not match iphone 12 pro max screen dimensions. Many of the buttons are hard to reach in there.
