Login bug goes unfixed for years
The app says “enter username, password, or account number” to login. Account number isn’t actually implemented as an option
Broken for awhile
Login no longer works on App, only on website. Been broken for several months now.
Please add SSO/SAML login
My company requires SSO/SAML, and therefore I can only access via the website. Please add support for SSO/SAML login on the app. It is useless without this support as I’m unable to log in.
Does not sign in
I am able to sign in from desktop and safari but same credentials never work on app. Gives very cryptic Error code 500
Disbelief!
This app has not work in the past two years . Just use the online web page. Shaking my head.
Face ID never works
Fix it!
Needs improvement
Was gifted stocks by the company I work for. After a few weeks of the app working, it no longer allows me to login. “Response status code was unacceptable: 500” is the error code I get. I called Morgan Stanley for IT support and they were ZERO help. Fix your app, Shareworks.
Login broken 500 server error
Usually this app works great but as of now I am unable to login which makes it completely unusable.
Can no longer login
This app used to work great, but now won’t allow me to login at all (fails with an unhelpful 500 error message). Please fix, and will update rating.
