The app crashes and will log me out. You cannot easily log back in. I have to delete it and redownload it to restore my Apple ID with it. Now it won’t log in at all although I have a monthly subscription. I rely on this app very often.
I liked this app but now can’t even use the library you have to pay to use the app. Definitely disappointing now have to find another app to use.
Sleeping consultants are mostly Russians, that bothered me the most. I liked the library of lullabies, but suddenly the sound stoped working. There is a festering to choose man/woman voice that is not working. Articles in style of Insta stories are meaningful. Sleeping consultants are only answering your questions, no proactive suggestions based on the date you enter. Formula for best sleeping windows work weird, as it suggests my 2 month old baby in the day sleep again 30 min, in the night in 1,5 hr. This app has plenty of bugs, and users are considered as testers. Consultants are not even hiding it. You enter your data, based on which they improve (I guess just train the app) algorithm. So paying for being a tester, I found just a robbery
There are plenty of free baby sleep trackers. The reason I paid for this one was because I was excited to get recommendations and tips from sleep coaches. However, that never actually happens. I was messaged through the app after downloading it and was told they just needed a few more days of me tracking and then they would have better recommendations for my baby. I continued to track every detail, desperately awaiting any advice or tips to help my 9 month old sleep longer than 3 hours. But after 3 weeks diligently tracking and no one getting back to me, I canceled my subscription. Was hoping for some personalized sleep advice. The only tips you get are in the library section of the app that are just generalized baby tips. Most of which isn’t about sleep at all, just general health and development. I am so disappointed.
I downloaded and paid for the yearly subscription hoping to get clarity on my infants (3 months) sleep needs given ongoing early morning and middle of the night wakes. Unfortunately I’ve had issues with this app from the start. First off - the app itself is very glitchy. I often have to shut it down and re-open it to get it to load the data correctly. It also continued to show me an outdated message from one of the sleep consultants for over a week. This was supposed to be fixed per the developers. When it was eventually fixed (more than a week later), if deleted all the entries I put in originally. The developers noted fixing issues like this but they persisted. More importantly, the wake windows given for my child were based on standard/averages and never seemed to adjust despite my continued input of data which was very detailed and specific. This was really unfortunate as I began to see that her wake windows needed to be stretched for myself. While following the suggested nap times - my baby ended up with too much sleep during the day. When I reached out and was advised directly to add one more nap - by baby fell into an overtired cycle given the extra wake window. Again when noting my concerns I was told that because of her age we needed to just “watch those windows closely for now.” In the end - I was able to figure out that removing the fifth nap and slowly extending the first wake window and last one was key to having her nap/sleep through the night. In all - I found this app did a terrible job of personalizing data to meet the needs of your baby. The subscription is not cheap for an app and I certainly not recommend strongly against it. Maybe the free version for simple tracking purposes. But do not waste your money if your hoping to acutely understand your baby’s sleep needs.
good app, I advise everyone, very easy to use
