No option to easily cancel the annual subscription, very misleading since it is supposed to be 30days free trial. Impossible to have an answer through the phone, no reply by email and no chat option available, so how are you supposed to cancel this auto renewal subscription?! Very frustrating.
Just started using it and it’s very helpful in business. Tracking receipts, mileage and biz cards for networking and follow up. Very cool
I used this app for a year straight. I put several thousand dollars worth of receipts in here and when I tried to send myself a expense sheet it was not an option. Even there tech support was no help. If I could give this a negative star rating I would. oh and the kicker.... even tho I don’t use it anymore there is no way to stop them from charging me the monthly fee for a service I don’t use.
Time saver
I’d give this a 5star, but the mobile app doesn’t allow you to quick select previous vendors. Otherwise fully functional and very useful.
Unless you upgrade to a paid account. Only looking for something for personal use, deleted this immediately after I saw that.
Love this app. No need to key in info related to receipts. It does all the work. Yay!
Expense report is linked to the default mail app which is buggy on its own. You should just be able to see a spreadsheet instantly of any numbers without any linking to mail required. Date and category was rarely processed correctly. It takes too long to manually add any information that has been missed. Everything should be one tap away. Ended up just using a calculator and a spreadsheet because the expense report wasn’t working.
I really like this app but the mileage tracking crashes every time I go to end a trip. Other than that it’s good. Take my review with a grain of salt because I’m currently working with support to work out the problem. So far their response to the problem is very quick.
I use this for my business and couldn’t be happier. Works better than I expected.
