There are companies that look and feel professional. Amazing interface, ease of use, etc. Crypterium definitely has these features. But when it comes to fair fees, these guys are a bunch of rip offs. Exhanging USDC to CRPT (the company's native!!! token) cost me 6%, additional exchanges took away additional 2-3% points in a whim. These are ridiculous fees. When opening an account with them in March I immediately went for the "free" virtual VISA card to check out how it works but it's only in the fine print that this has a 3+ EUR monthly fee, which they immediately took retroactively months later when I decided to spend some of my funds with the card. The customer service seems kind but they are not willing to answer simple questions like how the f can you charge so much for exchanging to their native token. I do understand that startups like this need to make money but this is beyond unfair. Just in few days I managed to burn almost 18% of my funds just doing a few transactions. This is unreal robbery in my view. The plummeting stock price of CRPT since its IPO demonstrates the real value behind the company. My advice: avoid this company like the plague and don't fall for the professional looks.
