Really wanted this app to work well (as an investor in Crypterium) but struggled with so many features incl being able to verify address, linking a bank card, getting any feedback from support. I’m just hoping the company security isn’t as bad as the app!
I’ve tried for three months to order a card, and everytime I have to contact support who assure me the problems are fixed to no avail. There are better options out there.
This app is related to finance, but its main focus is on user experience and beautiful design. In finance, the most important requirement is offering a detailed transaction history. For instance, imagine that you activated Crypterium’s virtual cards. After each transaction and in order to making it as attractive as possible, it only shows: the amount and one word like “load card”, which is crazy! Everyone needs to know the date and time as well as detailed description. At least make a section, so we can see, search and export such data. Other than this, the app is useful. Thanks
Just for scammed. The card never worked and my money has disappeared and Crypterium will not give me my money back as it is not their fault but third party
After waiting for 3months since April 2020, the UNION card that I’d paid for plus the shipping fee I’ve paid to ship to Australia, not even am tracking number provided until now, seek for help and all I get was words in dramas with link. And decided to review it here now, and see what/how CRYPTERIUM will solve this issues. Let’s make it public over here for an legit work... either I’m here to ask for my full refund, or provided me your words that the card is been shipped out with tracking number mate
Update : 29 November. Cancelled card order, requested refund over a week ago- still no refund. Update 5 months later, still nothing works. Anyone who says anything works or rates this app and service more than one star is lying. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money. Will update my rating and review one day when they can actually deliver a working service. Check out their telegram group if you need more evidence of my review.
These guys are the business when it comes to cards services to spend your crypto. Well done Crypterium
App is great but I have been more than disappointed with the lack of support. First it took months and months to get the card. After many requests I was sent a replacement card but now it doesn’t work in the app. Has been two weeks since I was told someone is working on it and am still waiting.
