Placed my order, items arrived damaged. Emailed for a resolution, it has been days now & still no response. I would not recommend ordering from this website!! A waste of my money.

Front page of app provides free shipping code but it doesn’t work. Discount codes for signing up for notifications don’t work or selected items are “excluded”. Feels like there’s a missed opportunity here.

Couldn’t apply discount code. Offered free shipping with a code that didn’t work. Lags, loads the cart screen eternally. Disappointed and unable to orer

Just made shopping at my favorite store so much easier.

Received incorrect amount of items and customer service is avoiding my contacts. Very disappointed and will bring this issue up further.

I downloaded the app to receive a discount on my order, but based on this experience I will probably delete the app and just use the browser site for any future purchases. UI is clunky, buggy, and slow; no option to filter at all, and finding a category (eg, "skirts") is unintuitive; if you use the search bar, half the results that show up will be sold out and you can't filter them out (why would I want search results that are sold out?); if you click an embedded link in an item description and then add that secondary item to your cart, it's actually the first item that will be added to your cart (ie, I click on a skirt, the description says "try pairing with this shirt!", I click the link for the shirt and add it to my cart, but the skirt is added instead); and I experienced multiple crashes and oversights in the checkout process. I love this brand, and I hope they give some extra love and attention to their systems and processes. I had to unsub from the emails because the subject lines were egregiously dishonest clickbait and the app is in serious need of testing and repair. Additionally, I'm nervous to make big purchases on a clunky app because according to other reviews, customer service isn't responsive when an order goes wrong or a glitch occurs. It's frustrating that a fresh and exciting brand like this is so behind industry standards in these critical areas.

I tried for days to checkout but it kept saying it won’t ship to my address. Bad glitch in the app that won’t go away, needs to be fixed.
