Horrible company terrible app no one should buy from goodwill they are money hungry and don’t even use the money to help people look for work so please stop buying from this place.

After this last update, I can’t log into the app anymore. I can log in online but not through the app. It’s frustrating!

Most of the time it takes 4 to 5 attempts to pay with Apple Pay, despite getting a green smiley face each time from Apple Pay saying the payment was processed. This Goodwill app will not process it unless I try it several times.

Don’t bother checking for shipping estimate, will crash the app almost immediately, by design,

with the addition of ads the app is now slower than ever. it takes 2x as long to scroll down the page - and that's IF it doesn't freeze entirely. the worst part is that everytime I open the app my phone overheats

All of sudden I’m getting ads galore! It’s so annoying! This is not why I’m trying to shop on here but you really need to cut it out. I have a variety of other places to go bid and shop that don’t throw stupid ads up in the app. What’s the deal?!?

The app is down so much that even if you do bid on an item you have no idea what happens!!!

*****UPDATE: app still broken. Continually asks to sign in, but the sign in screen only stays up for a split second and takes you back to the main menu. The app fix you were attempting made it worse Please hire someone who knows what the heck they are doing. This app actually deserves zero stars. It makes you login constantly even if you were on the site earlier in the day. So to say, save my login information or keep me logged in is absolutely worthless. For the last three weeks, I have not even been able to login.. I get the request to login and then when you try to click on it, it continually takes you back to their main screen and will not let you login. It is actually so much easier just to go to the Internet.

NEVER, EVER, place a bid without scrolling down to bottom where you can check shipping cost. Some of the locations shipping is ridiculous, most are fair. Example: Bought a lot of 5 PSA graded cards, they could wrap those up and ship for $10-15 max. They charged $35ish, almost immoral… Also beware there is no extension on late bids, so if you want something bid your max amount in the last minute or even last few seconds. All apps have issues, so I don’t get to worked up if there are glitches as long as they are updating regularly.

ShopGoodwill deserves negative stars. Their shipping prices are astronomical. Most, if not all items are priced at the highest resale value possible. Goodwill might as well be the Amazon of used items. Which blows my mind because Goodwill gets all their inventory for FREE!!
