## ShopGoodwill Description
ShopGoodwill mobile app is the premier location for finding hidden treasures within Goodwills across the country. It’s the first e-commerce platform that has been created, owned, and operated by a non-profit organization. Supporting over 130 Goodwill organizations, ShopGoodwill has unique finds like fashion, home goods, technology, jewellery, collectibles and more that you can search through from the comfort of your home. While on the site, you have the option of browsing specific categories, participating in auctions, using our “Buy it Now” feature, as well as checking out our 1 cent shipping items. When you shop with ShopGoodwill, you’re helping fund our mission of providing job training and placement services to thousands of people. Each item’s final sale price goes back into the local Goodwill that listed the item, and around 85 cents of every dollar go back into funding our mission, so this means your purchases are making a difference in local communities throughout the country. Shop with purpose, shop for good.

Most of the time it takes 4 to 5 attempts to pay with Apple Pay, despite getting a green smiley face each time from Apple Pay saying the payment was processed. This Goodwill app will not process it unless I try it several times.

*****UPDATE:  app still broken. Continually asks to sign in, but the sign in screen only stays up for a split second and takes you back to the main menu. The app fix you were attempting made it worse Please hire someone who knows what the heck they are doing. This app actually deserves zero stars. It makes you login constantly even if you were on the site earlier in the day. So to say, save my login information or keep me logged in is absolutely worthless. For the last three weeks, I have not even been able to login.. I get the request to login and then when you try to click on it, it continually takes you back to their main screen and will not let you login. It is actually so much easier just to go to the Internet.

NEVER, EVER, place a bid without scrolling down to bottom where you can check shipping cost.  Some of the locations shipping is ridiculous, most are fair.  Example: Bought a lot of 5 PSA graded cards, they could wrap those up and ship for $10-15 max.  They charged $35ish, almost immoral…
Also beware there is no extension on late bids, so if you want something bid your max amount in the last minute or even last few seconds.
All apps have issues, so I don’t get to worked up if there are glitches as long as they are updating regularly.

ShopGoodwill deserves negative stars. Their shipping prices are astronomical. Most, if not all items are priced at the highest resale value possible. Goodwill might as well be the Amazon of used items. Which blows my mind because Goodwill gets all their inventory for FREE!!

First off the shipping on items are too high most of the time the shipping is over $15.00 and then the item price can be expensive even if the item is damaged or broken. Secondly when you bid at the end it sometimes won’t even let you rebid nor it will lag really bad like recently it’s been kicking me out of the app very last minute then it will just load for a few minutes..
