No excuse in the World for whomever raised these vampiric people working for this segment of a decent-acting company. Shame on you and whoever raised you.

Goodwill deserves a better app. This is just the goodwill website wrapped inside an app. Not sure why anybody use this with the website in an actual browser works better.

The shipping and handling costs have become extremely high. They definitely don’t have fair or negotiated rate for the best prices for their customers. They don’t care because they’re not paying for it. They are also quadrupling the weight of items. I understand rounding up but it’s gotten ridiculous. This place has gotten greedy. They say they help people but seem to forget that the majority of people who shop at Goodwill don’t have a lot of money. It used to be a place where you could get items to help you get established but now they just want maximum money. No longer helping people on both sides of the transaction. It’s sad.

ShopGoodwill has been my go to the last couple years , great selection , you may have to pay shipping, but you find the items you want

Well you can look at the sign up online there’s endless countless complaints of all sorts of dishonesty and they’ll sell things that are broken and clearly broken and list it as if they’re not sure but you can’t ReturnSo they set you up for buying a broken item knowing it’s broken and forcing you to get stuck with it essentially. Another time I bought four speakersI only ship to me too and then they relisted the other two. One time I receive bed control arms for my truck and they had the shipping and handling so high it was $45 between 2 and $5 for control arms and when I went to get a refund they said sure will send you a refund for your purchase price. So just look them up online and be careful unfortunately you can’t leave them feedback because they would probably get shut down otherwise minus the fraudulent sellers there is a lot of good ones that actually care and make sure the customers are happy and are eager to make sure everything is correct but being on there so much life unfortunatelyQuite a number of the thieves

There are so many occurrences that app closes when I’m accessing a customer service issue, as well as randomly closing

So many bugs it won’t even get me to the login page

App crashes constantly which is a big inconvenience when you’re trying to bid on items.

This app is horrible. Multiple times it randomly kicks me off when I’m in the middle of making bids. I’ve lost so much due to this app not working when I need it to.

I used to buy more but the shipping and handling is way too high now. $27 for a $6 item is too much. Yes the packaging is good but maybe get better contract prices and see about using UPS Ground.
