I don’t see USPS priority mail shipments! Why not?And no second air options!!! It just takes too long to get products! The sad part I never get a response from you people! I’m gonna try this order one time if it takes over 10 days to get it, I’m done! I have over 300 of your watches, but this could be my last one!

Great products, but shipping is getting out of control. Need to find another way.

I shop the McKenzie Child’s catalog and their website. But when I was surf channeling, I bumped into your channel. Boy, oh boy! I fell in love watching your hosts showing their McKenzie Child items. The value pay options offered is fabulous for big cost items. M-C items are sky high, but I am happy that you have tried to make the prices as practical so that all can be hooked, and become M-C fans. The Christmas items are fabulous. I love, love, McKenzie-Childs and Patience Brewster items. You are so spectacular, thank you for promoting these artsy-whimsical items.

The shipping cost is way above competitors QVC and hsn. Their shipping are 3:50 and 5:50

The app is VERY SLOW. It took forever to get my order to go through. I had to click several times in order for my information to go through on everything I entered. Very frustrating!!!!

Internet offered 30% off downloading APP, or signup with email and phone number for 20% off. Neither came true!

I recently opened an account, and have attempted to enter an order. It has taken me three attempts to get even close to having the system except my order. When checking out, you asked for the pin number, which I did not have. I called your phone number, and it took me five minutes to finally get to a human to ask where the pin number might be, only to be told I can make up my own. I don’t ever want to have to waste my time to order. I need to take three different times to get the order through.
