ShopRite Order Express

I can’t imagine how the people feel when I walk up to the pick up fridge and say Thanks loudly and say that it works so they don’t need to wait in line for their order.

App is horrible. If you leave your order even just a minute it will say their are items in your cart and when you click on the cart it says it is empty. When you go to start a new order they want you to empty your cart. ??????

I love the new order express feature for the deli! Every time I go in the store I’m in a rush so getting the lunch meat I want is difficult, so ordering ahead makes my life so much easier!!

Had to enter the order 3 times before it worked.

Easy to use and very convienient but did not give me the didcount

Love this app for its simplistic ability to order deli before or while your shopping. Makes it easy to see the sale price of all items in the deli and create an order quick and fast. One caveat though. This app does indeed make provision to input your name , email and phone number and will text and email you when your order is ready if you wish. However, after creating many different orders over the past two years, and picking the order up while shopping, I Will inevitably receive a text telling me that my order is ready at 1:00, or 2:00 in the morning. From the day before. Question is why?

I loved this app until a week ago when it stopped working. Kept getting message that no times available at the Matamoras PA store. I never had a problem before. Customer suggested I uninstall the app. Nope didn’t work. Please fix it!

I went online and ordered a cake for my grandson‘s graduation three weeks before the party. I paid for it online. Everything seemed like it was fine. My grandson went to pick it up and I believe that they forgot about doing it. They didn’t know anything about what the cake was supposed to be like. I asked for strawberry filling and they gave me strawberries with cream and strawberries were green and white had no taste whatsoever. The decorations were not multicolored as asked for the writing look like a child had done it. I was so very disappointed I ordered it cost me about $100. On top of it, they tried to get my grandson to pay for it already been paid for the reason. I’m so disappointed is that I have always always loved their cakes and that’s where I’ve always gone through my cakes. We end up throwing almost the entire cake away. Nobody wanted to eat it. The filling was horrible. So I wasted $100. I will say they give us a $20 gift card, which was nice but I don’t feel sufficient enough for $100 cake that nobody ate. Will use ShopRite again for cake? I’m not really sure at this point again. It’s very disappointing to me because I’ve always loved their cakes.
