Great app when the events are legit, but some events are bogus and Shotgun response is, sorry not our problem.

Best app for the best prices in nightlife

They don’t give refunds

I purchased two tickets for a rave on the Shotgun app. The event was cancelled less than an hour before it was set to start. Shotgun is now saying they don’t give refunds and I should contact the event organizers who do not respond. It was a scam!

Needs more cities

Austin Texas isn't supported by the app.
