There are times when this app genuinely cant go for a minute without a minute-long freeze. Having two windows open at any time has a 50 percent chance of completely destroying the app, so I get my laptop out with my iPad to have the two windows open separately and then it still freezes just the same with one window open. We have to use it for school but I avoid it as much as I can 😭

When I try log in my account,it doesn’t let me so it’s very bad

‘Twas a glorious Monday morning when I awoke bright and early. Skipping merrily to school, it soon occurred to me that I had history homework due today. I checked my Showbie to make sure I had uploaded it and surprise surprise it had decided to wipe my entire work off. I tiptoed into my history class, dreading facing the wrath of my witch of a history teacher. She began to call out the who had not done the homework and everything went black and that’s the last thing I remember… DO NOT DOWNLOAD SAVE LIVES 💀💀😭

I’ve had a really good experience on Showbie it is so good for primary schools and like I love it bc I read books on it but sometimes it does crash and glitch but it’s ok overall

This is not a terrible app. Actually It’s really good! I’ve been using it for years now and I have to say you developers have done a great job! One thing, could you not make it crash as much.

Showbie is an app that could do with some major improvements, to say the least. I’ve lost count of the times the app has moved my text box to the death barrier or just deleted my work because it got out of the wrong side of the bed that morning, and other students would agree. Constant crashes make schoolwork a pain. The text feature on the student document editor in this app is abhorrent. It’s so bad it deserves an entire paragraph in this review. For starters, you cannot move the text box a single pixel outside the document, unless the app decides to move it to the shadow realm after you press enter. Likewise, there is a limit to how small you can set the width of your text box independent of text size, and these two factors make fitting text into boxes on worksheets impossible in most cases. Also, there’s only one font (which is quite ugly) and no bold/italic formatting. You could argue that I can use the pen or comment tool, even though those aren’t very good either, but I expect features in an app to work. Additionally, the design of the app itself is bad. Assignments are ordered alphabetically with no way to change it to chronological, it’s a pain for teachers and parents to use as well (see other reviews), and did I mention the text boxes? If you are a teacher considering using this app for your students, don’t. Google Classroom is objectively better.

Very bad

Firstly, if I accidentally delete the app it will not save and I have to log in again. Secondly, it just crashes most of the time and if your in school bro U LITERALLY HAVE TO LOG IN 24-7. BAD APP.
