The application used to have good features making it different than any other app. It had competitive advantages: being trusted local destination, meat sources where clearly written, and prices are the same as the stores. Now they removed the local taste of it by adding the corporate style following other “competing” solutions, removed the meat sources, and prices are higher than calling the store and requesting delivery or sending “marsool”

Most of the time when I have an order on the weekends it gets very late, and the driver accepts your request without delivering the previous order. They have very customer service contacted them multiple times, they either do nothing or ignoring my messages. 👎 + they are expensive, suggest to use other applications for delivery that has rateing and tracking the driver

التطيبق سيئ ولا يصلح للتعامل

برنامج كويس وفيه مطاعم ومقاهي كثيرة ولكن قيمة التوصيل جداً غالية!!! حتى لو كان المطعم او المقهى قريب بعد يكون سعر التوصيل غالي! اغلب الوقت استخدم هنقرستيشن او تويو لان اغلب المطاعم الموجودة اسعار التوصيل جداً جداً ممتازة! ف حسافة شوكة يخرب على نفسه ويخسر زباينه على هذي النقطة! الكثير الكثير يشتكو من هالشي ومافي اي تغيير!!! غريب 🙁

لو اقدر احط بدون نجوم احسن صدق اول مره اطلب وم يوصل ساعتين!!!!!!وللان م وصل وفوق ذا اتواصل نع خدمه العملاء ردهم يحتاج رد

كنت دايما استخدم شوكة علشان اسرع مع انه التوصيل ٣ اضعاف البرامج الثانية بس للاسف المندوبين صاروا ياخذوا وقت طويل فوق ٥٠ دقيقة للوصول من مطعم قريب و مافي اي تعويض من البرنامج

رجعو حركة تاكيد استلام الطلب مو توصيل كم مرة انكبت 😩

اتمنى تزيد المنافسة ويزيدوا تطبيقات التوصيل لان للاسف اشوف التطبيقات تزيد سوء بدل ماتتحسن غير ان التوصيل غالي، حتى خدمة العملاء اسم بس… اذا عندك مشكلة حقيقية مابتنحل نتمنى لكم التوفيق بس بالمستوى الحالي مو اكثر من نجمة
