I have ordered something then it was accepted by the restaurant and the driver.. the driver decided to go and pick someone’s else order and he updated my order as “delivered successfully”. I reached out to the customer service but no action was taken and I had to send someone from my own to go and take the order. Just a waste of time and money !!!

من افضل تطبيقات التوصيل في المنطقة الشرقية واسعار الطلبات عند الطلب عن طريقه من المطاعم ارخص من باقي التطبيقات المنافسة!

مب من جده أحد يستخدم شوكة وفيه خيارات ثانية (مثل هنقرستيشن).

Worst customer service, no need to complain to them because they will not help you, just accept any thing you receive from restaurants.

App is enforcing a minimum order proce/cost to proceed with the order even when selecting to pick up the order by myself … most of the times that will mean ordering more food which’s not needed just to be able to use this service

اسواء ابلكيشن استخدمته حق توصيل، الطلبات تتأخر و يعطي السواق طلبات من اكثر من مطعم في نقس الوقت و يأخر العميل و يصير السواق في الوجه
