Perfect for timelapses
The app always connect and stay connected until the batteries dies:) even if someone calling and so on. I use it for my holygrail timelapses.

Cool but laggy
I got Sony A7C and connect the cam via Wi-Fi and the live-image view is very laggy compared to Sonys own app "Imaging Edge". Tried from both my iPhone and iPad.
Nex 6 needs Playmobile remote
I couldn’t use the function remote control with Imaging Edge Mobile because it needed Smart Remote Control and I couldn’t install that. This app says nothing about this condition so I paid for it and when I tried to connect my camera then, and not before then, came the information that it was needed. It would stop others from making this mistake if that information could be conveyed before a purchase. So I’m giving this a 2 star without knowing if it works and if it is better than the free Imaging Edge Mobile.
Finally
Works mostly great. The Bulb function and continues mode doesn’t work under some conditions. But the app is great. Love it. Useful for astrophotographers which is unusual. Go for it!
Easy to use
It was fairly easy to connect to the camera. The UI is nice and clean which helps, especially when using the app on an Apple Watch. It's not possible to switch between shooting modes (video/photo) or focusing modes (AF/MF) from within the app. If you need this feature you have to use the native app, but that doesn't work on Apple Watch.
