all-you-need delivery app for foreigners
most delivery apps don’t take foreign credit cards or offer their entire app in english, but shuttle does. also, you can type in special dietary requests and it will list restaurants that offer something for you. the only minus is that there isn’t a lot of places that deliver to my area. but overall a really good app!
Life savers for a foodie
I swear I’m so glad this app exist! I can’t speak Korean and I’m such foodie so the things I can do outside are limited for a solo traveler who don’t speak Korean. I love getting delivery so I’m glad I found this app, the food is good! The only thing I don’t like is some days they don’t have that many restaurants available and a lot shut down early so I always try to order early. Either way I’m still thankful this app exist.
The best !
Great app only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because my American cards don’t work usually and so I use PayPal and I have to sign into PayPal every time. It doesn’t remember the login and not integrated into the app as well as I would hope but overall still love this app.
worst delivery app
best chance there’s 5 available restaurants and more than half the time, you get cancelled on. not to mention you have to confirm your address each order and if you don’t on time, they cancel. there was even a day after surgery that there was no available restaurants. i don’t know how there are still in business
Horrible Usability | Not For Foreigners
As someone who works in tech and is surrounded by UX/UI and apps…I am amazed at how poor this application is on the user end. It’s not set properly for foreigners and is a hassle to use. If you are going to market a product to foreigners, do better. From location tracking to communication… I would rather just not use this.
Does not deliver to USAG/Naval/MCB/AFB bases.

I have the app on my old iPhone but with my new phone it won’t start up.
Best service in Korea for foreigners and locals
I went to korea for medical purpose. I had no korean phone, just internet connection. I was definitely desperate. I found shuttle the only app that was in english and delivered all types of food. I spent the entire stay ordering from them in my hotel and never was I disappointed. The food came fast and was always warm and fresh even in freezing cold. I am forever grateful for the customer service being extra communicative about the status of your order. I had a few order cancelled because of the stores not the service and they promptly reimburse. I hope you guys never shut down. The best in the game
Constant shutting down app during winter
Shutting down app on random days during winter. It’s not even snowing so why can’t I get a delivery when I live on the main road? Atleast allow deliveries daily since you close at 11pm instead of having deliveries available like the other apps. I’m glad I got my arc now so I can get actual service
