Shuttle Delivery

Loving the app, I’m currently jet lagged in Seoul and ordering food was a breeze for someone that can barely say hello and thank you.

I’ve been using this service since a while. Delivery, customer service is good. But once you want to use an address or add a new address, it gets so annoying. You place an order and can wait for an hour, the order will actually never arrive because the customer service didn’t validate with you your address. They need to validate it for the service to work - but the customers don’t know that!! It’s good they want to make sure your address is correct, but then they should contact the customer for this!! It would save so much frustration and time to everyone… Aside from that, customer service is really quick to reply, but they should be proactive and contact the customer to confirm his/her address.

In an era where efficiency and reliability should be paramount, Shuttle falls egregiously short, despite its lengthy tenure in the industry. Over years of operation, one would expect refinement, innovation, and seamless service. However, the reality is a muddled mess of missed deadlines, unreliable tracking, and cruel lack of professionalism. First and foremost, the cornerstone of any food delivery app should be its ability to deliver orders promptly. Regrettably, Shuttle fails miserably in this regard. Customers are left waiting for hours beyond estimated delivery times, with little to no communication from the app regarding delays. This lack of transparency breeds frustration and erodes trust in the service. It can be understand thanks to previous reviews and customer experiences that their main justification regarding these delays is the surcharge of orders that can occur around meal times. The excuse of order surcharges to justify unacceptable delays underscores a blatant disregard for professionalism and reliability within the realm of food delivery services. Such practices not only undermine customer trust but also highlight a lack of respect for timely service and transparency. Customers rightfully expect punctuality and clear communication, and any deviation from these standards reflects poorly on the integrity and credibility of the delivery platform. Moreover, the app's tracking system is akin to a guessing game rather than a reliable tool for monitoring orders. Customers are left in the dark about the status of their deliveries, forced to rely on vague updates that offer little insight into the whereabouts of their food. In an age where real-time tracking is commonplace, Shuttle’s antiquated system is a glaring deficiency. Customer support, touted as a lifeline for addressing issues, is woefully inadequate. Responses are sluggish, often automated, and fail to provide meaningful solutions to the myriad problems plaguing users. Furthermore, the app's user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making the ordering process more cumbersome than convenient. In conclusion, Shuttle's lack of efficiency is a testament to its failure to adapt and evolve. Despite years of operation, the app remains mired in mediocrity, failing to meet the basic expectations of its user base. Until significant improvements are made in delivery times, tracking accuracy, customer support, and user interface, Shuttle will continue to languish behind more competent compet

Ordered a few time with Shuttle it’s always about 1 hour of wait minimum. Very High Prices. Incomplete menu most of the time ( dukin donuts without donuts 😂) Disabled service, subcontracted with another delivery in most areas of Seoul so good luck if u got the wrong food… They are just on competitor away or one Yogiyo update to be out of business.

I just ordered food, and they’re telling me that they couldn’t reach me ??? I literally waited in front of my phone and received nothing, extremely disappointed they don’t even respond to their mails and I can’t contact them either on Facebook… Never ordering again. 😡
