Error: PDF Generation has failed
I’m unable to download documents as a pdf through the app. Every time I try to do so I get the error message “PDF Generation has failed. Please contact Side Support.” I contacted support through the chat and explained the issue and provided a screen recording of it. This was the response I received. “It's possible this issue is related to the device you're using. When opening the downloaded PDF from desktop there's always a download button in the top right. We'd recommend making sure you don't have any pop-up or ad blockers on. If the issue persists, we'd recommend using a different device.” This issue has persisted for quite some time. I bought an iPad Pro so I could be more productive and work on the go by utilizing the Side app in my workflow. However the current version of the Side app for the iPad seems to lack basic functions needed for it to work properly. I’ve contacted support twice about this and have received little help with fixing the problem. This is another response I received “I've found I was able to download that doc by clicking the three dots on the doc thumbnail and selecting Download.” Ok cool but how does that resolve my issue. I know that this can be easily fixed and updated. So I’m writing this review in hopes to get this to someone that can actually do something about it, since the in app support seems to be no help.
