What’s happening to the app?

Hi my kids love this app it’s amazing! But I’ve been paying for a subscription for ages now and the app won’t open. I even deleted it and downloaded it again but it won’t open. Please fix it 😩

U should be able to change letters to match the handwriting version your child is using

Great BUT

I really like this learning app. Just like the way they teach at school now. I was playing with my 4yr old daughter puzzel letter island. I have to say not a great fan of the shot gun sound as the letters get separated. Could you not have a whimsical whoosh sound instead. As this app is aimed at young children. Otherwise can not fault.

It is broken

The app is consistently flash off. Contact customer service and tried all methods recommended but still didn’t work.

I paid for full access for the year as my little one enjoyed the free version only to have the app crash and not work again. I deleted and redownloaded it, I restarted the iPad tried it all but it just will not work. I now have one very unhappy kiddo as she can’t even play the free version anymore
