Actually a great app but has stopped working!

My daughter is autistic and this app has really helped her learn her phonics and spelling, she loves it and uses it daily but unfortunately it has stopped working and will not load up on her iPad. I have contacted the developers and had no response. I pay for a subscription for this and have had no choice but to install it on my iPhone for her instead which isn’t really convenient and obviously the screen size is reduced. If it wasn’t for this issue then I would have given 5 stars! I have updated her iPad software, reset the iPad, uninstalled the app and reinstalled to no avail!
