Scam company.

The company is a scam. Takes hard working peoples money and then blocks them.

Unable to access the pass if you bought it from CITYSIGHTSNY

I was unable to access the pass in the app because it was not purchased from Sightseeingpass.com. It was purchased from CITYSIGHTSNY.COM Prior to purchase, I chat with one of the customer service agent and I was told “YES YOU CAN ACCESS THE PASSES ON THE SIGHTSEEINGAPP.” Once I bought the passes, I received the confirmation link with the QR code and realized there’s no way I can access/save the pass in the app. I was then told that I can screenshot the pass or have it print. So I ask the agent why can’t I access it. And her reply was, “I’m sorry, that’s just the way it is. Not to worry because we are the same company.” BUT THIS WAS NOT THE ISSUE. The issue was they will tell you whatever you wanna hear just to have customers buy it and DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY! I told the agent, it is disappointing that I was given wrong advertisement/info which prompted me to buy the passes from your website. Her reply: “what do you want me to say? I’m just here to do my job”.. Anyway, the conversation went horribly wrong till I kindly asked her to just process the refund due to unsatisfactorily and the fact that I was given false advertisement is an act of fraud. She of course resisted to process the refund and said there is NO REFUND FOR ALL THE SALES. Even though it was not written in the FAQS, receipts or in the ticket itself. She said if I did bought the pass with an insurance then I will get a refund but guess what? THERE ISN’T an insurance option on their website. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. JUST HERE FOR THE BUSINESS BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Welcome welcome welcome! P.S. Since they claimed to be affiliated or “the same” company rather with sightseeingpass.com why don’t you update your APP and add some options to add the passes bought from your “other” website? It would be much more convenient for your customers. Let alone we obviously use our phones for taking photos/video while on tour. Savibf us time from scrolling over tons of photos/videos just trying to find where the PASS is is the least thing you could do. CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT SUFFER FROM THE COMPANY’S FAILURE TO BE ORGANIZED. If they can at least do that, I will update this review. Otherwise, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

New York 4 day pass

The app works great. Everything on the list was as advertised. Three of us got the pass for our vacation and never had a single issue using it anywhere. We also got to skip a lot of the big lines seeing as we already had our tickets. The more you use it the more you save. Worth the money.

Great value for your money

Used the Sightseeing 2 day card and entered numerous NY attractions. I saved at least $200. Card was easy to use and honoured in places advertised. Would highly recommend it.

Worth the money

Our first time in New York, my husband and I would have not enjoy this place had it not for this. It is worth the money. I will recommend it to my relatives and friends.

Christmas wrecked in New York!

Horrible experience. Rude drivers. Uneducated and I paid for 4 different bus tours and one attraction only got to do 2 bus tours and the ferry tour. You have to walk far or take a cab to each location as they don’t all connect or meet at a central place. Only once did I get to ride up top. Complete waste of money!

Glitches

The itineraries do not work. The rest is just ok.
