Irritating

Couldn’t get to use the app cos of the stupid pop ups asking me to rate the app. Useless

Extremely frustrating App. Can’t purchase anything. Won’t take my payment. Tried over 20 times on app as well as on website.

Stay away!

Terrible, stay away! Bought a 2 day New York pass and couldn’t use if for half the things stated! Went to the offices to try and resolve any issues we were having and the offices have been shut down! Tried calling when over there but kept getting cut off. Came home and emailed the company various times but still haven’t had a response!! Would never use this company again!

Avoid

Buy a pass Then get a refund out of blue minus some random fees they dream up. Absolute con!

Itinerary

Does not allow to create an itinerary. App shuts down when attempting to do this.

Questionable value

Before you buy read the small print. On paper sounds like an awesome deal however things to consider 1. Factor in the time for queueing for actual tickets as you still have to queue for the tickets for any event / place you need to visit so for example in New York for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island factor in at least half a day Also in a small print (as we found it) you can only use it against one attraction one time only - so you cannot use it for The edge for both in the day and at night you can’t do that. Also tickets are subject to availability so having this pass does not mean you’ll get into a place. As we also found out. We managed to use the pass so we broke even however be aware… for popular places like New York… it’s not as “wow” as you might think.

Clunky app

App is really clunky, non of the links work have messaged but no response

Scam

Avoid at all cost! Do not waste your money or time on this company they do not reply to emails, Instagram inquiries, I never received my confirmation email nor did I receive the ability to make reservations for attractions.

It’s fine and flexible and good value BUT

One key issue is that redeeming the purchased tickets can be very difficult eg. You can’t book remotely a time slot for Empire State, Top of the Rock, WTC museum, you have to visit the actual site The attractions themselves don’t have trained staff to properly direct holders of Sightseeing Passes on how to get entry, especially the time slot constrained ones. The app instructions need to - be much clearer on how to redeem - enable time slot bookings / remote redemptions with ticket bar codes It will be chaos in the busy summer
