All training is online and suitable for any level of experience. Additionally, all programs have guided videos where I will accompany you from beginning to end.
With your subscription, you will have access to all programs. Each one has a different approach to help you achieve your goal, whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, strength, or taking your fitness to a new level.
Note regarding Apple Health:
The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.
App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.
Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.

Para mí esta app me ha cambiado mi vida deportiva, es muy completa, amigable e intuitiva. Su interfaz gráfica es muy bonita y agradable además de que Silvy es una excelente entrenadora. He visto cambios significativos desde que entreno con ella (lives en pandemia con botellas de agua) Puedo hacer las rutinas en mi casa o en el gimnasio y ya no me siento perdida. Además la parte de nutrición y recetas es un hit. Soy 100% equipo No Me Rindo 💜💜💜
