With your subscription, you will have access to all programs. Each one has a different approach to help you achieve your goal, whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, strength, or taking your fitness to a new level.
Note regarding Apple Health:
The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.
App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.
Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.

Cancele la suscripción y me siguen cobrando solo me dicen que mi correo sigue activo pero me meto y está cancelado no sé qué hacer y nadie me ayuda!!!

Es DEMASIADO completa… tiene muchos planes de entrenamiento para todo tipo de objetivo, recetas, yoga hipopresivos y hasta meditación!’ Amo con locura! Y ni hablar de las rutinas, cuál mejor que la otra… nunca había visto tantos cambios en mi cuerpo! Wow!!!!!!! Interesting but Frustrating
The content is great, but some videos flicker, making them hard to watch in certain gyms. Worst of all, customer service is nonexistent. They send a prerecorded message and never follow up. Don't rely on this app long-term if you expect any support.

Yo entreno boxeo y estoy buscando perder peso y hacer más ejercicio de fuerza. Nunca he entrenado y empecé con la app ayer y me encantó. La energía de Silvy es lo máximo. Amo lo bien explicado que está y que para empezar con el programa de principiante me Dejo con sin poder moverme 😅😅. Muy recomendada
