Cannot change half the things I need to. Continually feels like it’s freezing

I don’t know why it even exists, doesn’t work properly

I keep getting signed out of the app even when I’m in the middle of making something and it keeps deleting my saved projects. I like the updates but not all the bugs!

Constantly freezing, not able to access my purchased images/fonts. When it does work it only works for very basic things!

It’s a bad look to put out an app just to say you have one. This app is useless. I have tried to use it several times over the years. My computer was recently hacked so I had to result to my Ipad and this is not even usable. Its been years and its still trash. They don’t even care about the app. They just have it up wasting peoples time thinking they can use it.

I can’t access a single item in my library- 100% empty! The only thing I can access are the free designs. This app has never worked as it should. All I needed to do was erase one word and send to my machine but I can’t even pull it up!

App freezes and even after deleting it and reinstalling same thing happens. The choice of cutting materials isn’t clear and it’s hard to find supplies for the machine. I love the machine but I can’t use it anymore bc the software and app freezes

I have been using silhouette design for several years. This app is not very useful for anything. Maybe my cameo 3 needs firmware update but when I send anything to cut it just taps a few spots without cutting anything. I’ll keep trying to figure it out. Surely it must work for the testing people.
