Same as other users. Nothing works. I generaly have great experiemce with products sold by lidl so i do not really understand why you released this product totaly disfunctional. I hope you will be able to fix these issues soon.

Just not working

Not possible to pair device. It just not working. Unusable

Terrible connectivity and synchronization

The app crashes consistently after first Bluetooth pairing. Can synchronize only once to transfer data from watch to app, further synchronizations are not possible and the only work around is to delete the app and then reinstall. Such a terrible flaw basically makes the app unusable (you are unable to review any of your recorded data). Also some menu buttons don’t work. They are visible but cannot be activated or deactivated. If the bugs are not soon fixed I will be returning the smart watch as without synchronization you can’t even change the time.

Nefungují notifikace

Nefungují notifikace z messengeru, po restartovani telefonu, znovu sparovani, preinstalovani aplikaci, vypnutí zapnutí notifikaci v aplikaci, nic nefunguje. Hodinky budu muset vrátit a nikdy si už hodinky silvercrest nekoupím.

Runnig data

When I am running distance measuring doesn’t work properly.Instead of 13 km My watches did 9 1/2. That’s really bad. Do you have some tips how to fix it?

Buggy app

Unable to set date of birt since the confirm button (nor the cancel one) for the date scroller doesn’t work (iPhone SE, iOS up-to-date 14.3). Therefore can’t trust the fitness/health readings which is the main purpose of the watch..

Notifications dont work

I have the same experience as other users. The settings which you set via the app dont stay saved on the Watch. Even the time preferences, weather etc. Basicaly no features do work.

Can I have music on my clocks?

Hi,I want to ask if I can have music like:Spotify,Apple music or other.

Need upgrade

During the day the app turn off all my notifications. So I have to set it again again again :/ and for example I set sitting notification to every half an hour and after few hours this function is turned off.
