Verbinding tussen telefoon en horloge verdwijnt steeds. Instellingen worden steeds gereset in de app. App kan vaak geen verbinding maken met horloge. App registreert vaak niet wat wel ingesteld staat om te doen. Kortom, waardeloos.

Koppeling met IPhone SE valt weg
Bij mij valt ook na 3 dagen de connectie weg tussen horloge en Iphone SE. Ik snap niet wat de oorzaak kan zijn. Na de app opnieuw installeren is de verbinding er weer, maar irritant wat gebruik betreft. Graag update in de software. Zelfs stond vanmorgen het horloge op een heel andere tijd en datum. Heel verrassend maar niet werkbaar voor zo’n horloge.!!
Connectiviteits probleem
De bluetooth met mijn iphone SE 2 blijft wegvallen. Meerdere keren herstart dan werkt alles voor even echter probleem blijft terug komen. Wat ik vreemd vind is dat je niet kunt kiezen dat de app altijd toegang heeft tot bv locatie. Je kunt alleen weigeren of toestaan bij gebruik vd app. Jammer was een smartwatch voor een leuke prijs maar als het geheel niet functioneerd is het alleen maar een te dure horloge.
Connection keeps dropping
Hi, connection on my iPhone SE2 keeps dropping. Does not connect anymore after about a week. Have tried deleting both the bluetooth connection and the app several times, and after connecting the device via the app. Please fix it!
