I have downloaded this app in April and I have used their local data eSIM for Thailand, Vietnam and China, then got a global one and used it in HK, Macao, South Korea and Qatar, so handy!! It’s good that I can keep my SIM as well. The app is so easy to use, recommended!!

Sim Locals eSIM app is very easy to use and offers a great selection of trusted mobile networks to choose from. As someone familiar with eSIMs, I found the process straightforward, but I can see how new users might need a little more guidance during installation. My friend, who was new to eSIMs, initially found it a bit tricky, but they watched Sim Locals’ YouTube videos and managed to get it set up without any issues. Overall, it was a positive experience with no real problems, and the service worked exactly as promised. Adding a few more in-app tips or tutorials for first-time users would make it perfect. Still, it’s a reliable and convenient app that I’d happily use again.

Had a problem with my esim, I checked the settings a few times and it doesn’t work despite settings looking good. Contacted customer service, no answer after 4 days.
