Worst mobile company app
Riddled with ads. Poor quality app
Poor app and customer service
Jazz app has nothing to offer. I am trying to recharge from app using my debit card and its not working at all. It says request sent successful but it never recharge the balance. Plus if you click on other options like “my world” or “Bajao” , it will automatically subscribe to you to any of them without asking from you. Then you have to call jazz t unsubscribe them. What a stupid way to make money. Grow up jazz and do your business ethically as you would do in any other country.

Pathetic Application/Overcharged Many times/Fraud/No Complaint Resolution/Unprofessional Call Center
Fooling customers on different hidden things HUNGAMAWEEKLYPERPAID offer activated by itself and Unprofessional Senior representative say i maybe mistakenly clicked on the offer due to which you package was activated. Then I simply asked her kindly tell me the purpose of verification code which i received regarding this offer in SMS at 11:15am which i didn’t put anywhere, on the same moment 11:15am another SMS received your offer activated successfully. Her response was your amount deducted correctly in very rude/angry way keep arguing we data/record like i did some sort crime. let’s suppose maybe i mistakenly clicked which I didn’t i m sure because i was watching video on safari browse but still i received VERIFICATION CODE which needs my permission to verify. USER Experience Pathetic all build up by different JAZZ departments
Worst trash
Apps of Jazz are worst. Apple should remove them from the Appstore! I payed for premium membership for goLootlo but the garbage app doesn’t even scan!

Jazz’s 4G is worst of all especially in Faisalabad. Never had any issue with warid and then that bought it.

Stop asking for locations permission
Even though I have disabled the location access. It keeps throwing alerts evey 10-20 seconds that it can’t access the location. Its very annoying
Needs location too much
While using app continues message for location access. Creepy is “ it’s something “Golootlo” wants to access location” Please make it compatible with iOS If once cancelled location access it shouldn’t bother again. Make it convenient please
