Simple Score Creator

Having bought the same app on iPad, I really didn't expect to need to pay for the full version on iPhone as well - especially since the iPhone version says nothing about any in-app purchases.

I have struggled to find a decent score app, and this is a good one. It's not good enough to convince me to buy the paid version yet though. Staccato dots can't be added over notes. I couldn't see a 4-beat rest symbol either. The textured/coloured backgrounds are unnecessary and actually make the app look a lot less professional than plain ones would. The screen layout isn't 100% right either. Lyrics support is great, it needs some tweaks so that longer words display in full though. Several long words together looks awful as the text of one word overlaps the next. This app really is very close to being great. I hope the outstanding issues get resolved as it will be one of the best if they are.

This app is good for the basics of creating orchestra scores. Pros - good sound, very fun, realistic. Great for composing pieces. Cons - lack of instrument tracks, lack of different music stuff. And quavers don't join. (glissando, rallentandos etc), CRASHES LOADS. Otherwise it is worth a buy for the beginner musician.

Amazing! Great for casual composing on the go, but the only thing is, the quavers do not connect. Awesome!

If you want to jot a tune down on score, then this is for you. It's very easy to use and, if you know your notes, then even easier. It imports and exports midi so you can take your music sketches into mainstream music software. Just brilliant for songwriters/composers. The best I've found.

It's very good and interactive, but it lacks even basic dynamic markings (p,ff,etc.) and you cannot change the tempo, which I need to do in one of my pieces.

Good but you need to update the samples. Everything sounds like a harpsichord

I downloaded this app back in 2013, and it worked great. Somehow, it very quickly deteriorated, to the point where it has not even been capable of fully opening for several years. This app does not open, and it does not run. Unless it actually can be updated to run, it should be deleted from the App Store.

I love this app! Everything's about it is perfect. I just wish that I could change the time signature while I'm making the song. I probably can and I just can't see it but if that's the case, please make it a little more noticeable. Thank you! I love the app!

I downloaded time ago, and it freely let me use the playback feature and create scores, but now it restricts me to 40 measures of playback and lets me save 10 songs
