I’ve used SimpleTexting now for a couple years and it’s been great for our purpose… But now when launching the app from an iPhone, I get a blank white screen. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and nothing but a blank white screen – can’t even get to the point to log back in. iPhone 13 pro running 17.6.1.

I just opened the app and it automatically downloaded without noting that there is a monthly fee.
It did not have any mention about charges and now I see in the reviews about the fees

This app and its integrations are trash. Will there ever be an update? If I could find (or when I find) another app that does better I’m absolutely ditching this one. Crashes on loading for the app. Sometimes doesn’t load at all. Slow when it does load. Doesn’t always update with news texts. Basically everything I would expect from an app in 2010.

This app is great, I’m able to use it for my business to be in contact with multiple people via text message using the same number that our business landline uses.

Very user-friendly, would recommend it to anyone needing to send out mass messages, reminders, or just communicate via text message with customers.

The helpdesk has been very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Honestly such a horrific app and a waste of money. I am a CEO of a company and I could design and make this tomorrow and out perform whatever bogus app this is. Terrible customer support and not transparent at all.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone. I dictate into my phone and it stops taking the note and then duplicates my text and I have to go back and erase it every time. Highly inefficient. I chatted with the text and they said it’s not their fault it’s Apple‘s fault. Apple disagrees.

The Service and Features are great, however their iOS application is having nonstop issues where it doesn’t load, doesn’t send notifications, causing a delay in response to customers using the SMS Service. This is a one of the few things that’s sets SimpleTexting apart from others, it’s a shame this isn’t working.

I’ve used this for almost 5 years and they have raised the rates on me without my permission, I’m paying $40 a month for what?

To pay $30+ a month I expect a seamless service. Fix the random error messages. Why is it so slow to load and pull up individual conversations? At times I can’t even respond to messages as it won’t allow me to send. Hopefully it will be resolved otherwise I’d have to take my business elsewhere.

When I got the Web app and started using it, everything was intuitive and amazing. But then when I downloaded the mobile app, I realized it’s not a native app, which means I get no notifications and the two-way messaging is super limited. Also, I have to login every time I open the app.

They require full name, company, social media, phone (of course). I got this for personal, so I don’t have a required company name and I don’t do social media. These guys seem like a virus masquerading as a useful app.

I signed up with these guys and provided my landing page this is how I get my customers number
because you must ask permission to text each customer.
Even like that they said it would take 10 days to review my account, they do this to everybody, and then just blocked me and took my money.
 keep trying customer service for a refund and all I get is crickets.
scam stay away.
