Can’t transfer between banks…

Seemingly not possible to transfer between bank accounts? So confusing…

Ok / Terrible Rebrand

App is ok I just really hate the new colour scheme. I get that you’re trying to target younger people but as a grown woman I really dislike the juvenile rebrand using neon colours.

Constant ads

I get that a no-fee banking service will come with some downsides, but I just had to skip through three separate ads for banking products that I never could or would use just to get to my balance. It’s an actively user-hostile experience.

app straight up disappeared for two weeks

making a banking app unavailable for “bug fixes” isn’t exactly convenient for daily users which is 90% of people

Constant notification badge

The app is having issues with notification badge in iOS version. I have explored all places in the app for a pending notification and can’t find where it is coming from. Have tried to reinstall the app twice, cleared cache but no luck. Based on reviews from the problem is affecting other users as well randomly.

Barf

I hate this app. It looks like a children’s game, but isn’t near as good as a children’s game.

Great app, great company

I have been using Simplii since they first opened up in late 2017, so that’s almost 7 years now. I have only good things to say. I’ve never had any issues using the app, and it’s well intuitive. You shouldn’t have any problems finding what you need in the app, and their customer service is EXCELLENT! I’m never in as bad of a mood as I would normally be having to call the bank, knowing that I’ve always had excellent care in the past.

I like banking online & Simplii works well.

User friendly !!

The app seems to me to be very easy to use. Very intuitive. Offers up easily understood options. Great use of bright colour on the screen. And features like access to accounts at other banks.
