Worst educational platform
Disappointing!!
No quality of its courses, the lack of support I had enrolled for a course CISA and then once I attended, the attendance detail was updated incorrectly, due to which i was not able to attend the exam on time and they had deducted the entire course and exam fee amount. And now when i am asking about the exam dates they are asking for more money as the exam validity has expired and they are blaming it on us rather than admitting that they had an issue with the application and they had never shared the validity details of exam before. Worst customer support They had also mentioned they would give amazon vouchers for referrals which i never got even if i had referred multiple friends who had enrolled to various courses. All they do is give fake promises and then dont respond ever.

From the customer services to the managing team, faculty and course.. they provide the worst services in everything. They don’t even reply to your issues if you are facing.. please don’t enroll to them ever. Highly disappointed by simplilearn
Good platform to study digital marketing
however, the videos generally lag a bit.

I was told that I will be able to get a certificate after finishing the course, and after more than a month of videos and tests my certificate is still locked and I am not able to get it or even contact their team to report the issue, however the content was valuable and I have learned few things.
App error
Unable to take any of the knowledge checks. The screen shows up blank with a submit button
Needs work
The app is only good to go through self paced learning. Can’t access any other features of a course I am applied to e.g. virtual classes, details of course modules etc.
