Simplilearn: Online Learning

The company I work for goes through Guild which helps pay for education and I chose a class this learning app the price on their website was different from the price they charged my company which was more than double the price which my scholarship from my company wouldn’t pay for and Simplilearn was asking me to pay the different of thousands of dollars because they jacked up the price so much! I called them out on it and took screen shots and saved my emails showing them how messed up it was! I found similar reviews and horrible experiences from them so if I were you I’d stay away

I completed my CSPO through Simplilearn and now get several calls a week from spoofed local numbers trying to upsell me on classes.

Only use ful to find new courses to enroll in. Disappointing.

I have had the WOREST experience with them, I was told one price and was charged something different, the sales guy told me to accept the officer and then they will be able to credit my account. Once I did and I requested the credit they never returned my calls or email. I requested a refund by phone within the week time, but the sales guy didn’t note my account. And told me that it would take a while but he will issue my refund. So when i emailed him about my refund he never answer. So then when I started calling I never got through and when I would they said they are in sales and can’t help me. I didn’t a chat and same they they say that they are sales and cant help. Now if I do get a general response they say I am past my one week. I DID CANCEL WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OVER THE PHONE, so NO I don’t have prove by emai. I have been fighting with them for a year to get a refund. I was also told that everything was done online at my own pace come to find out there are live online classes that I have to attend which I can’t then to top it off, some of the videos don’t even work. I have tried on my iPad, laptop and phone, I have sent then video and screen shots of it not working and still nothing. They said it’s working on their end. Of course they will say that, but I send you prove that it is not working for me. I have opened a claim with The Better Business Bureau three times Simplilearn sent me email saying sorry what happened. I send them my complaint then they stop replying. I am stuck paying over 1,000 for nothing. I wish I never signed up with them, I just want my money back. It is a crime to steal and I am left helpless. I NEED HELP AND MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!

Even the payment is made, Content is unavailable in My Course even after 3 days. So bad experience with technical support.

Overall this app has many different opportunities, functions well, and is very informative. However, if you are using a cellphone it may be difficult to complete task. It won’t registered when I finished lessons when I used my phone’s app to complete them. So I had to switch to my laptop to complete lessons and get my green check for my completion. The only other complaint I have is it can be difficult at times to know what a courses prices are because I doesn’t always directly state cost.

Be careful, they are “selling” service. When things go wrong or not as expected your money is gone. They sold me a “discounted” exam voucher and didn’t not explain in the fine print that it expires in 3 months. When I was ready to take the exam they wanted me to pay again. In other words they took my money for an exam that I never even took. Very annoyed. The classes were also full of good, bad and ugly. Definitely not as much good as the money saved to take a more legit course.

The app is only marking some of my lessons completed. Most of the 10+ minute videos that I watched are still showing as incomplete, in return this is greatly affecting my course completion percentage.

This app makes the self-learning course curriculum fast and simple. Chipping away at the PMP studies in short bursts are the way to go. The videos are sprints to the bulk of learning. The portability afforded for daily use beats sitting in front of the computer.

The apps for IOS don’t work. I couldn’t log into my live class from my phone or iPad. The app is for show it doesn’t even have the basic functionalities that are available in the web interface. I don’t recommend this platform.
