I really liked the interface which is very easy to navigate and everything is self explanatory. The content and system is unique and awesome. Thank You.
Don’t waste money
I enrolled for data science certification however had very pathetic experience. They charged 50k for the certification and the content was not of that standards l. You can learn better for free from YouTube. You will end up in an online live lecture with 100s of people joining at a time with your microphone off. You have to type all the questions which is very annoying. Recorded sessions are worst you will get better sessions for free on web. I stopped attending the lectures in few days. Please don’t waste your money and go for a reputed registered offline institute which will cost you way less than simplilearn.
Very big scam of took money
Guy’s i request you to please don’t take admission from such institutions. This very big scam of taking money from people and don’t give any live class. They are giving only online recorded class which you cannot understand and not able to solve any class methods. Same you can learn from YouTube. So don’t lose your money and don’t join such institutions. I have losses 40k without any classes. That’s why I am writing here.
App not working
I have been trying to join a live class but the apps says timeout try again every time and there is no support team details available in app to talk to.
False Promises made by Executives Until you make payment
I enrolled myself for Azure Architect course. Until I made the fees they keep calling me to enroll for the program by making false promises and agreed to each and every thing whatever I had asked for about one to one support for projects, not more than 20 students in live classes and when I enrolled myself by paying fees they all suddenly disappear in thin air. And live classes always have more than 80 students and sometimes it reached 120 as well. Then they don’t have dedicated number as well for doubts and all. Every time I have a raise a ticket and then keep waiting for 7-10 days to have them call me back again with no resolution and solution to my problem. I give their services zero stars but there is no option for such otherwise they don’t deserve more than that.
Poor service
Tried to connect account manager over email. She did not respond a single time after several follow ups. If you raise a ticket, it will attended after a week almost but they say the ticket sla is 48 hrs. But faculties are good, classes are good. But customer dealing is so bad.
App does not fulfil whats it claims e.g course certification after course competition
I had taken a free course Google Ad in this app to just kick start and later do paid course of digital marketing but After completing course app does not unlock certificate for downloading. It restarts the self learning videos again and again . Idk whether its is bugs or its strategy? Highly Not recommended
Can’t download certificate
Have completed my course fully still the progress is stucked at a percentage and not allowing me to download
Simplilearn is a scam
The team of Simplilearn are a scam, over and above me paying for the PG digital marketing course they have robbed me of additional money. When I reached out to the team for the refund they have refused to answer my calls or refund my money. The course should be banned. The portal for the students doesn’t work. They hire random budding influencers to talk about digital marketing and these so called professors resort to YouTube for coaching the students. The team of Simplilearn and totally scammers people like Naim Mansuri who spams individuals to take the course and disappears after scamming them. They provide email ID’s which are fake and their helpline isn’t functional. If ever you want to scam someone they should be recommended to Simplilearn as they are all scammers.
