Videos party didn‘t run
Nice courses and well prepared ... unfortunately useless if in the middle of a chapter essential videos didn‘t run correctly. Overall improvement of operation quality needed !
Worst E-learning experience I have ever had
I opted for LSSGB certificate. This is the worst E-learning experience I have ever had. The live classes didn’t work altho I registered. They refused to refund me or reassign the live classes again. The materials included in the app is not reflecting 1/10th of that in the book. And the questions they offered in the practice test exams aren’t even covered by the materials they offer in the app. Customer/ help or support is not going to help you beyond the materials you’ve in hand altho they offered 24/7 support meanwhile you are using the app. Don’t Purchase their courses, it’s not worthy or informative.
Okay but buggy
The lessons are well done and informative but the app lets the courses down as it doesn’t run the projects so you can’t complete the courses
Not stable, no offline mode
The app crashes every time you open the exam tests section. There is no offline mode for the course videos. Really unstable app, you never know when it crashes.
Certificate not provided
Completed my whole training on Prince 2 and not able to download the certificate.
Worst UI
I studied UX Design on Simplilearn, but they have the worst app design.
Constant crashing
Constantly crashing, what the hell is wrong with your app?
Cyber security course
After buying the course no further assistance is provided upon asking for refund the guy who keeps calling suddenly stop picking the phone and on top of that it later came to light how simplilearn is abusing the right to privacy .
No Split View Support on iPad
App dies Not Support Split View on iPad Hence it becomes difficult to Study With Other Applications
