Reported and reported this problem with absolutely no positive feedback or outcome Clearly bought the back issues as a bundle as it shows on this page, my issues have vanished and despite repeated complaints nothing has been resolved DONT WASTE WELL EARNED MONEY ON THE SUBSCRIPTION BUNDLES
I couldn’t seem to get past the subscribe to magazine pages. Wanted app for hints and tips, this wasn’t it!
I cannot get my issues without paying agin. Customer services respond with the uninstall and reinstall request..which doesn’t work…and they literally take weeks to respond…I still can’t access the magazine, still can’t get any meaningful response, and yet they have taken my subscription money
After my initial review, and several attempts at trying to get my digital subscription number to work correctly with the app, it is finally working hurrah!! I think there may have been some kind of bug or issue with my new digital subscription number working, as I tried my original subscription number where paper magazines had been delivered to my door and that seemed to work…then it didn’t, then it did! I’ve finally got it to work and I can now see all the Simply Crochet magazines on my iPad and phone, and they have downloaded correctly. A lesson I have learnt, which is the sensible and I appreciate, the most logical route, is to contact the developer before getting frustrated and asking them for help, I usually have a cool head and logical brain, but the errors and bugs I think just got to me!
I truly think that this magazine has got everything to offer a person that loves to Chichester
Really look forward to the new issue each month...great articles and patterns...I bought all back issues too, I’m often going back and re reading them
Easy to use and simple to follow
I just want people to be aware that this app is very misleading, I have just been charged £54.99 for a years subscription, the offer says that you can subscribe for 2 months for 99p so that’s what I thought I would be charged then in 2 months time you would then be charged the £54.99 in which time if you didn’t like the app you could cancel before the 2 months is up. WRONG YOU ARE CHARGED £54.99 STRAIGHT AWAY, which I think is wrong and should state that you are paying for a full subscription. Really angry at how this has been advertised by this company. Would definitely not use again.
Wasted subscription cost as I’m not able to access the magazines I have paid for via Samsung galaxy 8 or iPad Air.
I have an iPhone XS Max. Most app developers release an update for their app the day the iOS for the new phone is released, simply crochet (or whoever makes their app) hasn’t bothered to optimise it. So the magazines are squished into the middle of my screen, I think this is poor considering how many subscribers they have. I can’t read any magazines previously downloaded as they just say 0%, I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall to make them work. Since I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, it’s asking me to pay £5.99 for the latest magazine, which was free before I deleted the app!
