I’m happy to use this app every year. Everything is in this app I’m able to export expanses conveniently in different formats and directly email my tax preparer within the app. I write off the yearly membership also.
Very useful
Love the app. The integration tools are amazing. The UI is easy to use. The export tools are well worth the subscription. But this “rate me” pop up appeared 3 times in 2 minutes. So you get one star. One star for being an annoying little F
Love the lay out of this app. Easy to use
I paid for the yearly subscription and i cant upload any of my amazon receipts. What a waste of money
I needed a manage tracker and this looked promising. While it appears to track my mileage, I can’t access the results. On top of that, I failed to see information about the free trial period and was not notified about the $98 charge. I certainly would have cancelled had I been properly notified of any charges.
Easy to use
Did not like all the personal financial information you need to provide. Midway into giving key financial information- there is $89.99 fee. Needs to be up front on the cost.
TL:DR - Wastes your time with an overly long setup before you get to the prices. Don’t take me through the dog and pony show of giving you my information and the opportunity to scan receipts to evoke a sunk cost fallacy (“I spent time doing all of this, might as well commit!!”) to get me to sign up when I finally get to the pricing screen. The type of people looking for an app like this are already likely people who know they are going to have to make some sort of payment for the services rendered. Give me the price, and the option to go through that little pony show you have up now to see how the app runs if I’m not sure. I’ll decide from there whether or not I want to go through an actual trial and purchase. I’m not naïve enough to think this is free and the ordeal you have to go through in the beginning is enough to make me question what else is hiding just out of plain sight with this company.
