I joined this website and paid for a six month membership coz they were reasonably cheap at the time. I wish I had read the reviews first and I would’ve stayed away and joined a different website. But these guys upgraded my membership to a premium membership without my knowledge or approval and stole close to $500 from my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND

This is a dreadful service no customer focus do not subscribe it’s impossible to get out of the subscription and they charge $300. There customer service is slow and unresponsive STAY AWAY

Do not subscribe! there is no no way out of this subscription and they charge your credit card for a full 6 months without any notification or agreement. They will suggest email contacts and customer service contacts but no response and no unsubscribe link as suggested on the site!! Had to cancel my credit card. Lost over $300 😡

Please please please DO NOT subscribe for this website or you will end up getting ripped of. It is absolutely ridiculous what they charge and you end up getting absolutely rubbish response. I was charged $406 without my knowledge and the customer service does not want to take any responsibility. On top of it you hardly get anyone suitable. There are very few people listed anyways.

Have completed the initial questionnaire 3 time via website and 2 via app. All 5 times would not go past ‘NEXT’ on the last page.

Matches don’t relate to the criteria. Ignores the criteria in the main. Limited options. Location seems irrelevant because I get matches way out of area despite that being in the criteria, same for age & other attributes. App is hard to use. Not intuitive. Trying to cancel membership &deactivate & what a nightmare that is.

They took close to $300 from my account t with no pre notice of this happening - totally relying on us to forget the free trial period finishing. Other sites notify you to say that the free trial Is expiring giving you a chance to cancel subscription. They say they can’t refund it either so your stuck with a site that does nothing other than waste time. I only get matched from People Supposedly in Auckland a whole 120km away - not my specified criteria. And when I message anyone I never get responses - SUCH A RIP OFF

This site rips you off as they took nearly $300 from my Visa and it should been no more than $49 for 6 months. Use a prepay card instead of Visa as one person advised. Beware

Iam looking for a man around Maitland /Newcastle area , but instead you show me men in , Victoria, Sydney everywhere except Maitland /Newcastle not happy , especially when your paying for the privilege !!!!!!
