Once youve joined all options to cancel membership disappears, despite all the “directions” on hiw to cancel. After emailing 3 times as they ask still no cancellation… Stay awY, this is a shameless money making scam!!

You can check out but you can never leave! These guys makes it virtually impossible to deactivate or delete your profile and personal information. In this age they require a signed, posted, letter with even more personal info on it. Address etc. Ask not to receive emails...they will bombard you with the stuff even more. The app does not work properly My list of complaints goes on... I wonder if they will debit my account without permission next.

I’m in Australia. I want to cancel my premium membership but an unable to log onto the site and each time I try I am told to try again later. I have emailed requesting that it is cancelled but my emails keep bouncing back & the hyperlink to email them or fill in a contact form is not working. Please help with this cancellation.
