For some reason this never works. I either stalls at the "loading" screen when entering a tracking ID or it closes to springboard. It's painful to use really.

Unable to receive SMS to activate

The app sends you notifications to pay for GST, but when you open the app directly from the notification, you can’t pay it because it says “there is no result.” Totally idiotic.

I won’t trust packages with Singpost, recieve a notification via mobile app at 10pm saying mail man tried to call and deliver but failed, tried tapping on the notification but open up a blank page, worst user experience ever. Tried to track the package but doesn’t work(API call just say time out).

Slow to update. Track items end up session expired. Need to try many times and hopefully gets through. Sickpost as usual

I selected Pay With Sam > Telco > Singtel. After selecting Singtel, it directed me to Select Service which contains only one option that is Telco-Singtel. I tried selecting Telco-Singtel but it won’t direct me to other pages. It’s stuck at Select Service page. It’s really frustrating. I checked on the last update of this app, and it was 10 months ago. Need constant update please. Too many bugs already.

Keeps getting stuck and saying there is an error. Can’t fix it no matter what.

Overall is just bad
